BREAST CANCER ACTIVITIES
MISION HUMANITARIA AL VICHADA
Comenzamos este año con una misión conjunta con la Policía Nacional. Nuestra policía en sitios muy alejados del pais es una comunidad en sí misma que tiene sus familias en la región y por lo tanto está expuesta a las mismas necesidades que la comunidad local. EL aislamiento, las enfermedades y las necesidades de atención, nos convencieron que es un buen proyecto apoyarlos en el mejoramiento de su bienestar al igual que el de las comunidades que los rodean. De esa manera, nos desplazamos con ellos hacia la región del Vichada. Es uno de los extremos geográficos de nuestro pais, rodeado de una belleza sin par que no se compara con sus necesidades...Hermosa y caliente, trabajamos en promedio a 36 grados centígrados. Los problemas de mujeres, de infancia son enormes. Viajamos como mencionamos , con la Policía la Fundación Venus, los voluntarios de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada y el Hospital Militar.
Ademas del comando de policía nos organizamos en el coliseo. Atendimos cerca de 600 personas. Pudimos poner en uso nuestra tecnología asociada de Mamografia por luminiscencia.
Pudimos saludar a los médicos rurales de la Universidad Militar nueva granada que de manera voluntaria están haciendo su año rural en la región... están felices y los profesores que los formamos obviamente estamos orgullosos, somos defensores de que nuestros médicos jóvenes salgan y conozcan el pais y asuman ser lideres en sus comunidades. Para eso los estamos llevando en nuestras misiones, les estamos dando un "PLUS" en enseñarles derechos humanos, derechos de la mujer, manejo de desastres civiles, ecología y mucho mas...
Cumplimos la meta de que nuestros jóvenes médicos conozcan la realidad de nuestro pais, sus enfermedades y sobretodo la necesidad de que nuestros pacientes sean tratados con respeto, con pasión, con carisma, llenando esa necesidad de atención muy humana y con calidad... que sintieran que tuvieron médicos preocupados por ellos y en eso nuestros voluntarios son exper.

TECNOLOGIAS EN EL DIAGNOSTICO TEMPRANO DEL CANCER DE SENO PARA NUESTRO PAIS Y AMERICA LATINA.
Realizamos una movilización con mujeres migrantes en Mosquera dentro de las actividades de la OIM, oficina de migraciones de las naciones unidas. Utilizamos dentro del tamizaje equipos con IA como la mamografía por luminiscencia y el Scanner de IBreast examination. Encontramos pacientes tristemente con cáncer...Pero fue muy motivador ver cómo nuestra MISION HUMANITARIA UMNG se prepara cada vez mejor para nuestras acciones en sitios lejanos de nuestra geografía... como dice nuestro lema, "VAMOS ADONDE OTROS NO VAN" . Gracias a los expertos de ambas tecnologías, comprometidos con la situación social de este cáncer...

There is no politics here...IT IS PURE HEART AND COMMITMENT that if many more knew they would say...HOW DO WE HELP? WE CAN GO? There is so much to do...and it hurts not to be able to do more. But for now, as seen in the many more photos we took, they show what I value most about our team...JOY FOR SERVICE, you die once and you live every day and that's how we understand it, we all return WITH IT HURT HEART but satisfied with the mission accomplished...this weekend WE WERE COLOMBIA, we were all Army, Fundaciom Abrazos del Alma, Fundavenus, police, Nueva Granada Military University, Natura/Avon, community leaders, displaced people, health secretary Caquetá... a sign that together we can put another face for Colombia. Thanks to all the young people on our team, they are the new generation of doctors who believe that Colombia still NEEDS FULL DOCTORS... who go beyond technology to deliver what is needed most, LOVE FOR THEIR PROFESSION. THANKS TO THE HEARTS OF SOME, MANY BENEFITTED. This weekend we began our last humanitarian day of this year, in a village in Caquetá. A load of medicines that we had collected did not reach us, no matter the reasons. It was like suspending humanitarian action 24 hours after boarding the plane... crazy people... doctors with scheduled plane permits, the army had already arranged the men who would accompany us and the community was notified and ready for a visit with specialists who We would arrive for the first time in a long time to that rural area of Caquetá where violence had not allowed any health campaign to reach...so it was a HEART challenge.
Then the hearts of many appeared... first the ABRAZOS DEL ALMA FOUNDATION headed by Mónica and in a few hours they gathered a good amount of medicines for us... 24 hours before the trip!! They had to be picked up in a peripheral area of Cali... Then Lina from Natura/Avon appeared and offered to pick them up... Someone was found to do it for free and that's it!! Ready and now how do we get them to Bogotá?
We were on a Breast Screening day for police women and Cor.Andrea and Major Elizabeth arranged for us to be transferred to Bogotá with the Metropolitan Police of Cali. They called and their commander, Cor Gualdron and more officers took on the task of bringing the medicines to Bogotá with their HEART. The mission was delegated to the cor. Carlos and his companion who voluntarily made the long trip by land with all THEIR HEART and managed to arrive in time for the flight. At 7 in the morning on the edge of the limit I received the load. We couldn't enter the airport because the roads were closed for the presidential motorcade, so I stayed on the sidewalk of 26th Street with my luggage and cargo, proud of our police, proud of everyone. Later, a FAC lieutenant, known in our humanitarian work, "rescued me" from the street and took me to the area where our flight would depart. Through letters and paperwork everything would have taken perhaps a couple of weeks. But these missions are pure HEART and Mónica from the Abrazos del alma Foundation, Lina from Natura/Avon, the driver who transported the medications in Cali, the cor. Gualdron, the cor. Andrea, the eldest Elizabeth, the cor. Carlos, the police patrolmen, whom I didn't know, made it possible for us not to have to cancel. PURE HEART THERE IS NO OTHER EXPLANATION. NUESTROS PEDIATRIAS Y LA PASION POR SERVIR... Nos movilizarnos a Tota con MISION HUMANITARIA UMNG y con el apoyo del servicio de Neonatología y pediatria del Hospital Militar brindamos atención a la comunidad infantil de Tota. Sobrados, con el apoyo de LABORATORIOS CHALVER desparasitamos a todos los niños que asistieron. Uno a uno, con el carisma de nuestros jóvenes ninguno se quedó sin su dosis de antiparasitario. Lo hacemos así porque sabemos que a veces en sus casa no lo toman o lo hacen a medias y sabemos tambien que estas comunidades agrícolas están muy expuestas al parasitismo intestinal. Tristemente encontramos casos de maltrato infantil de los cuales la Alcaldesa de TOTA se apersonó. Como siempre encontramos una NECESIDAD enorme porque nuestros médicos simplemente les explicaran a las mamás el estado de sus hijos, que aprendieran más sobre el cuidado de ellos, una mano en la frente que les quitara el temor a ser examinados, una voz de aliento en medio de sus dificultades, un sonrisa y no un regaño por el desconocimiento de alguna información. Una oportunidad para sonreír mientras los pesan, los miden, los examinan...se necesita conocimiento y la sabiduría que solo da la experiencia y el carisma, LA PASION POR SERVIR, algo de lo cual yo me siento orgulloso de este equipo. Seguro están superando a sus maestros en el hospital Militar. Las fotos lo dicen todo...
CUANDO HAY PASION HAY EXITO!
Venimos defendiendo un cambio en la manera de enseñar acerca del Cáncer de Seno. Ya no enseñamos los 12 signos de alarma clásicos a la comunidad como información de base, tenemos muchas razones estadísticas, de mala técnica neurolongistica, asusta a las mujeres, poca recordación y credibilidad y porque la mayoría corresponde a cáncer a avanzado. Hoy quitamos el temor al autoexamen enseñando a buscar una lesión lo más temprano posible. Nos basamos en estudios que demuestran que una mujer que se haga el autoexamen bien hecho y periódico encuentra en promedio una lesión sospechosa cuando mide 2.4 cm. En ese momento es una lesión dura , poco móvil e indolora.
Pues estuvimos con la Gobernación en la Vega y al igual que otros municipios fue un orgullo.ver como han adoptado este pensamiento:
1. Enseñar porque duelen los senos...
Siendo una de las causas más frecuente de consulta, el dolor mamario, buscamos empoderarlas en el cuidado de sus senos y la comprensión del dolor.
2. Mostrar dónde se desarrolla el cáncer más frecuente, EL CANCER QUE BUSCAMOS y porque este mayoritariamente no duele. Esto es vital porque muchas mujeres consultan por dolor y no por masas indoloras que son sospechosas. También aprenden con que comparar una lesión de 2 cm indolora , dura y poco móvil.
3.Como no temer al autoexamen, como realizarlo y que buscar . Cómo conocer sus senos y consultar al descubrir cualquier cambio.
Así pueden ver en las fotos los dibujos,la propaganda que realizaron. VEAN CON EL CORAZON la alegría de las mujeres movilizandose para llegar al hospital. La atención durante la capacitación, mi orgullo de ver cómo aprendieron el mensaje. Disfrutaron el ejercicio de como examinar el Seno y después la realización del examen de TAMIZAJE .
ESTAS MOVILIZACIONES ORGANIZADAS POR GENTE PILA, MUY COMPROMETIDA DE LA VEGA, NO TIENEN NADA QUE ENVIDIAR A LAS MOVILIZACIONES DE LAS GRANDES CIUDADES .
Objetivo para el alcalde y el gerente de cualquier municipio... que alguna vez entre a tomarme un café en cualquier sitio del municipio y al preguntarle a la mujer que me atienda, que debe buscar en su Seno, me conteste con orgullo, rápido , sin temor y concreto "UN FRIJOL ,DURO E INDOLORO Y CUALQUIER CAMBIO QUE NOTE EN MI SENO" Ese día no temeremos al cáncer porque el objetivo es encontrarlo a tiempo,ojalá más temprano...
Bravo! POR EL MUNICIPIO DE LA VEGA Y UN ORGILLO PARA LA GOBERNACION VER COMO SU APOYO COMIENZA A IMPACTAR

On April 11, we had the opportunity to broadcast live through FACEBOOK LIFE AND INSTAGRAM using a live image through the CRECER FM STATION of the Ubate City Hall. The experience was very valuable. SEGUNDA VISITA A BOYACA
El 10 de Junio estuvimos de visita en Tibasosa, abarcando 2 veredas cercanas, Chorrito y Santa Teresa, por una invitación de la Alcaldesa de este Municipio y con la coordinación del Rotary Club...Como siempre impecable. Nos movilizamos 17 profesionales para cubrir la consulta de tamizaje y el programa de crecimiento y desarrollo de los niños que llegaron. Atendimos 164 mujeres en edades de riesgo y 119 niños asi como capacitamos 123 mujeres en "Porque duele un Seno y como diagnosticar tempranamente una lesión sospechosa". Como siempre nuestro equipo se esmeró en la calidez humana, empeñados en que cada mujer y niño fueran examinados, dando ejemplo que es posible hacer una consulta que integre los síntomas que refiere un paciente y no solo "un síntoma a la vez" como hemos encontrado en algunos médicos de algunos municipios. El respeto por la privacidad. El carisma por encima de todo...
Una muestra mas que es posible trabajar en equipo entre instituciones privadas y públicas cuando la motivación está basada en un deseo de ayudar nacido del corazón.

GAMEZA NUESTRA 3 VISITA A BOYACA
Tuvimos la oportunidad de colaborar con Rotary Club al municipio de Gameza en Boyacá donde contamos con el apoyo de su Alcalde, muy amable, no nos falto nada. Entre Rotary con todos sus voluntarios, como siempre una organización impecable. Nos desplazamos 22 médicos de servicios de ginecología, Mastologia , pediatría y med de Familia.
A pesar de que habíamos hecho un cálculo tentativo del número de pacientes , la llegada de pacientes se desbordó principalmente en Pediatría. Sin embargo acostumbrados a estos eventos no hubo problema en apoyarnos como equipo.
Nuestro compromiso , ENSEÑAR.... Lograr que las madres y mujeres en general tuvieran en nosotros profesionales que los escucharan, ya que las quejas frecuentes hoy en día es "no me examinaron" "solo me atendieron un síntoma"..."siempre me dan acetaminofén" " no me explicaron que tengo" y en especial con respecto al cáncer de Seno nuestro objetivo fue que las mujeres comprendieran porque les duelen sus Senos, dónde se desarrolla el cáncer, porque el cáncer que buscamos no duele y como encontrarlo lo más pequeño a tiempo.
A este respecto y teniendo en cuenta que este cáncer es la primera causa de muerte por cáncer en Boyacá enseñamos en un par de conferencias generales, pero a cada mujer se le empoderó con dibujos y enseñándole personalizada mente que buscar al autoexamen durante consulta.
La organización no pudo ser mejor. Nosotros solo pusimos PASION en ejecutar una acción médica con todo el gusto y compromiso , pero el éxito no hubiera sido posible sin la intervención del grupo rotario que organizó como reloj . Los consultorios, las citas, la logística, la solución de los problemas ... Una muestra de como instituciones como rotary pueden ser la solución a la asistencia médico quirúrgica en regiones dónde ni sun con la reforma actual se solucionaran los problemas de asistencia especializada de estas poblaciones y más lejanas aún.
Hay que resaltar también el apoyo de la alcaldía, porque es definitivo que solo con el apoyo de los líderes comunales y sus alcaldes se logran estos impactos.

VIAJE A LA MACARENA
Estuvimos en la Sierra de la Macarena con el Grupo de Trabajo Omega en una iniciativa de proyección social del ejército hacia el Municipio de La Macarena. Fue una actividad avanzada donde acudió un grupo de nuestros médicos con el fin de conocer las realidades de salud de la comunidad.
Realizamos las siguientes actividades, destacando que si bien el objetivo era más realizar una evaluación avanzada del potencial de lo que se puede realizar.

Nuestro objetivo se cumplió, conocimos a líderes comunitarios muy importantes, pudimos conocer de primera mano las actividades que como Fundación, Fuerzas Armadas y Universidad podemos realizar. No se trata de reemplazar al Estado colombiano, sino de proyectar nuestras fortalezas dentro de los propósitos del proceso de paz. Estamos seguros que además de la salud, podemos ayudar en actividades de reforestación, manejo del agua, turismo, comunicaciones, apoyo a bibliotecas, economía solidaria, educación, apoyo psicológico a desplazados, agricultura, entre otros. Gracias a los comandantes de la Fuerza de Tarea, a la FAC que nos trasladó, a la alcaldía de La Macarena ya los líderes que nos enseñaron sobre el potencial de su región. Están muy lejos, una mujer debe viajar en avión a Villavicencio para hacerse una mamografía, eso refuerza nuestro programa de diagnóstico temprano, el hospital tiene deficiencias, sí, es cierto que hay dificultades, pero tienen una comunidad que quiere progresar. Nos arrepentimos cuando fuimos a visitar Caño Cristales. Vimos ese afán de organizarse, de cuidar sus recursos y sobre todo la visión que tienen de que es el progreso y la autogestión lo que los hará crecer, solo seremos un aporte de todo corazón...

Our objective was fulfilled, we met very important community leaders, we were able to see first-hand the activities that as a Foundation, Military forces and University we can carry out. It is not about replacing the Colombian state, but projecting our strengths within the purposes of the peace process. We are sure that in addition to health, we can help in reforestation activities, water management, tourism, communications, support for libraries, solidarity economy, education, psychological support for displaced persons, agriculture, among others. Thanks to the commanders of the Task Force, to the FAC that transferred us, to the mayor's office of La Macarena and to the leaders who taught us about the potential of their region. They are very far away, a woman must travel by plane to Villavicencio for a mammogram, which reinforces our early diagnosis program, the hospital has deficiencies, yes, it is true there are difficulties, but they have a community that wants to progress. We were sorry when we went to visit Caño Cristales. We saw that desire to organize, to take care of their resources and above all the vision they have that it is progress and self-management that will make them grow, we will only be a contribution with all our hearts...
ENSEÑAR A ENSEÑAR NUESTRO LEMA ...PASION POR EL AÑO RURAL
ENSEÑAR A ENSEÑAR SIEMPRE... Hoy tuvimos el honor de capacitar un nuevo grupo de Médicos que iniaran su año rural. Conscientes que una inmensa mayoría de ellos piensan hoy que el año rural es una pérdida de tiempo, comenzamos a motivarlos recordando el valor del SER MEDICO, la oportunidad del servicio, de adquirir experiencia,de vivir con PASION...no saben aún que los médicos que hacen el rural son más sagaces,con mejor humanidad y mejor visión del acto médico. También es una oportunidad de conocer nuestra Colombia.Soy un convencido que los médicos y demás personal de la salud conocemos el país mejor que muchos políticos.Conocemos el hambre,la desnutrición,la violencia,la pobreza y demás condiciones sociales de nuestro país,DE PRIMERA MANO,con una diferencia, NOS DUELE Y QUEREMOS AYUDAR SIN SER DE IZQUIERDA O DERECHA,solo necesitamos el corazón. Luego revisamos la ruta de atención del Cáncer de Seno,hay muchos vacíos y aún tienen paradigmas antiguos en la manera de buscar el cáncer temprano y peor aún en la manera de como "ENSEÑAR" a las mujeres a buscarlo, mucho antes que los 12 signos de alarma que por nuestros trabajos ya sabemos que asustan y confunden,como "BUSCATE UN SENO NARANJA,UNA PROTUBERANCIA.." "mira si eres nulipara", entre muchos conceptos que las mujeres no comprenden. Les enseñamos como enseñar a una mujer porque le duelen los Senos, concepto sin el cual no pueden comprender el cáncer y lo que deben buscar.Luego les enseñamos como buscar un nódulo sospechoso de 2 cm con nuestra estrategia que genera recordación a largo plazo y lo más importante COMO ENSEÑAR EL AUTOEXAMEN.Aprendido esto, les enseñamos la Ruta Actualizada del Cáncer de Seno, habiendo llenado al final sus corazones con un poco más de amor por su profesión y lo más importante,convencidos de la importancia de "ENSEÑAR A ENSEÑAR". Es para mí siempre un orgullo escuchar al final sus agradecimientos por este poco de optimismo que les entregamos, más para aquellos que vienen de sitios tan lejanos como la costa o Nariño. Por último les dejamos nuestro número telefónico para apoyarlos. Buena Jornada, hoy cumplí aquella enseñanza que dice que "LA MUERTE ES UNA Y LA VIDA ES TODOS LOS DIAS..." Hoy viví y todos adquirimos algo de sabiduría...
EDUCANDO A TRAVES DE REDES
El pasado 11 de abril, tuvimos la oportunidad de Trasnmitir en vivo a traves de FACEBOOK LIFE E INSTAGRAM usando imagen en directo por medio de la EMISORA CRECER FM de la Alcaldia de Ubate. Fue muy valiosa la experiencia. En primer lugar porque llegamos a las mujeres del municipio en la hora de mayor audicion , les enseñamos de manera sencilla los conceptos basicos que transmitimos acerca del cáncer con un objetivo primordial, QUITARLES EL TEMOR A REALIZARSE EL AUTOEXAMEN Y CONSULTAR A TIEMPO. No les enseñamos los 12 signos de alarma clásicos ya que estamos convencidos que estos signos "clásicos" hacen referencia a cáncer avanzado. Les enseñamos a buscar un tumor lo mas pequeño posible, esto es según las estadísticas cuando el tumor mide 2.4 cm, o cual corresponde aproximadamente al tamaño de un frijol . Así que les enseñamos a buscar en el autoexamen un tumor , masa, lesión parecida a un frijol DURA, POCO MOVIL Y NO DOLOROSA que corresponde a los tumores mas frecuentes. Luego les enseñamos porque duelen los senos y como interpretar los hallazgos normales. Es muy importante esta estrategia PORQUE CUANDO LOGRAMOS QUE SE EMPODEREN EN EL CUIDADO DE SUS SENOS , entonces podemos enseñarles que buscar como lesión sospechosa temprana y les podemos enseñar que CUANDO SIENTAN QUE SUS SENOS TIENEN ALGUN CAMBIO CONSULTEN SIN TEMOR. Nos ha ido bien, la recordación de como buscar un frijol es muy buena como se puede ver en nuestros trabajos .
GIMNASIO LOS CERROS
Tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir conocimientos con las madres de estudiantes del Gimnasio los Cerros de Bogota. Fue muy gratificante porque además de compartir nuestras estrategias de educación sobre como diagnosticar el Cáncer de Seno lo mas temprano posible, pudimos confirmar que el temor al autoexamen, el desconocimiento de como interpretar los hallazgos normales de un seno son hechos que se ven en todas nuestras mujeres sin importar su nivel educativo.

We had the opportunity to share knowledge with the mothers of students from the Los Cerros de Bogota Gymnasium. It was very gratifying because in addition to sharing our educational strategies on how to diagnose breast cancer as early as possible, we were able to confirm that the fear of self-examination, the ignorance of how to interpret the normal findings of a breast are facts that are seen in all our women regardless of their educational level.

CAPACITACION CON LA GOBERNACION DE CUNDINAMARCA EN FACATATIVA
En el mes de Marzo capacitamos a los médicos rurales y Enfermeras jefes del Hospital San Rafael de Facatativá. Luego de revisar las caracteristicas sociales del Cáncer de Seno en Colombia y américa latina donde después de varios años de esfuerzos gubernamentales nuestras mujeres tienen miedo a realizarse el autoexamen de seno uno de los principales pilares del diagnostico temprano de este cáncer si tenemos en cuenta que la Mamografia aun no llega a todas las mujeres de nuestras areas rurales y suburbanas por razones sociales geográficas y económicas. El otro pilar, la formación de médicos con un sentido humano, comprometido con la situación social del cáncer de Seno, con mejorar sus técnicas de examen, de diagnostico temprano y SOBRETODO ENSEÑAR A LAS MUJERES A EMPODEWRARSE DEL CUIDADO DE SUS SENOS. Revisamos porque duele un seno, tema SIN EL CUAL ES IMPOSIBLE QUE UNA MUJER NOS ENTIENDA LO QUE QUEREMOS QUE SEPA DEL CANCER DE SENO, como enseñar este tema, luego el cáncer de Seno mas común como identificarlo, como realizar el examen de seno cuidando la privacidad y enseñando a cada mujer el autoexamen, con un objetivo, QUITARLE EL TEMOR A AUTOEXAMINARSE Y USANDO NUESTRA MEJOR ESTRATEGIA ,C OMO ENCONTRAR UN TUMOR PARECIDO A UN FRIJOL, duro, casi no se mueve e indoloro. Finalmente le enseñamos que cuide cualquier cambio en ¡su seno, pero ya no enseñamos los 12 signos de alarma, porque en nuestros trabajos ya confirmamos que desde el punto de vista de promocion, asusta a la mujer , la confunde y la pone a la espera de la aparición de alguno , lo cual es grave pues todos los signos de alarma se corrersponden con cancer avanzado. In the month of March we trained the rural doctors and head nurses of the San Rafael de Facatativá Hospital. After reviewing the social characteristics of Breast Cancer in Colombia and Latin America, where after several years of government efforts, our women are afraid to perform breast self-examination, one of the main pillars of early diagnosis of this cancer if we take into account that the Mammography still does not reach all women in our rural and suburban areas for social, geographic, and economic reasons. The other pillar, the training of doctors with a human sense, committed to the social situation of breast cancer, to improve their examination techniques, early diagnosis and ESPECIALLY TO TEACH WOMEN TO EMPOWER THEMSELVES IN THE CARE OF THEIR BREASTS. We check why a breast hurts, a topic WITHOUT WHICH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WOMAN TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANT HER TO KNOW ABOUT BREAST CANCER, how to teach this topic, then how to identify the most common breast cancer, how to perform a breast exam taking care of the privacy and teaching each woman self-examination, with one objective, REMOVING THE FEAR OF SELF-EXAMINATION AND USING OUR BEST STRATEGY, HOW TO FIND A BEAN-LIKE TUMOR, hard, almost does not move and painless. Capacitamos además de los médicos locales incluyendo de San Antonio de Tequendama, Ricaurte y otros, a personas de la comunidad enseñando a hombre a ser apoyo de sus mujeres en la búsqueda temprana del cáncer de seno.
Pacho Cundinamarca, una feria de la salud, ademas de capacitar personal de salud demostramos la importanica de capacitar adolescentes, nos olo porque ap´renden porque les duelen sus senos (Mujeres) asi como la importanica de llevar a sus casas la manera de como se hace el autoexamen. Aprendieron el respeto por sus senos. Fue una tertulia divertida pero mu científica. Aprendieron a realizar dibujos explicativos

COMO SIEMPRE EXITOSO GRACIAS AL PERSONAL DEL HOSPITAL Y DE LA ALCALDIA QUE REALIZARON UNA ORGANIZACION IMPECABLE .

Como sabemos de la desmotivación por realizar el año rural obligatorio incluimos un conversatorio de motivación acerca del valor que tiene este periodo, de como superar las dificultades. como actuar frente al riesgo por violencia, como mejorar la actitud frente a si mismo, frente al paciente y la importancia de ganarse siempre la comunidad, Enseñar y aprender

With the support of the Government and our team of volunteers, on October 23 we carried out a memorable mobilization. We served and trained more than 400 women. The party we experienced was stimulating for our team, increasingly motivated by these activities for our country,
Mobilization of women, young people and men of the population through the main streets of the city
One of our main activities today... teaching young people of both sexes as a policy of empowering them about the functioning of the breast, its periodic changes and learning to detect breast cancer early.
There were many artistic shows and we organized ourselves in small tents that gave us the necessary privacy to carry out the screening of the women. Something that from the Government of CUndinamarca we have demanded in our mobilizations
